Todays dinner, Burger time. I used the grill for the first time (I have never used any grill before really) and made hamburgers bc my dad decided he needed to mow the lawn instead. I also made potato wedges.

I don't eat hamburgers my dad or mom make bc they are bad, but this was good.

Dinner right now: Breaded fried shrimp and thin pork cutlet with a tonkatsu sauce, rice, and a salted cucumber where I didn't make the recommended chili oil and just added a Little chili crisp.

Pulled pork sandwiches with leftover potatoes. I was gonna make coleslaw but my cabbage browned overnight :pensivecowboy:. Pay no attention to how I ate half of one before remembering to take a picture.

Well, I made my parents burgers and I did not want one so I had pork bulgogi again. It's nice and feels relatively manageable.

Bought an Italian combo hero for lunch. Ate half. Having the other half for dinner with some local bread and butter pickles and lays chips. I get mine dry and with lettuce, tomato, n onion. Why would I want pepperocinis or Italian dressing.

Coconut shrimp!! I really want to make a sauce for it sometime...
It's my dad's favorite little thing and really easy to throw together bc shrimp defrosts in 30 minutes. So long as I remember that sweetened and unsweetened coconut are Separate Items

On Saturday I didn't cook... My job had an event and I survived on treats. Please view the treat setup and imagine me eating little things off the platters during an event with 70+ people.

It is now, in this picture, mother's day. No one extra came over (Which I thought we were having) so I made way too any chicken drumsticks and baked potatoes. My mom ate just about all of the leftovers though bc she's very into potatoes. And also a bunch of roast garlic for ME.

Pork Carnitas! Bc it's a lot the first time around, I save half and freeze it. So I pulled it out and left it on low for 2-3 hours and then it's great.
