Spyro

I've also referred to this project as "Webuworld" for a pretty long time but I'm renaming it to disambiguate from my Webulous World, well, worldbuild.

This is a pet project I've been working on since I was a bitty billy. Yes, I'm one of those delusional people that thought I could make an MMO. Difference is I have no intentions of making this "massive". I'll be happy if it gets 5 concurrent players. If I ever try to make money off of this, it might be time to take meemaw out back.

I have rudimentary networking now: two clients can connect to the same server and walk around. Next I'm rebuilding the map editor for the thousandth time.

I can now build a map and walk around in it!

The current iteration of the Kascade client is written in Godot's GDscript; its server is written in Python. I'm aware the server will not scale, but I've tried everything from C# to Rust, and at this point I'm just doing what gets the ideas down the fastest.
